Plemmirio, Siracusa. - Villa Anna is a private residence located near the Plemmirio Nature Reserve. The whiteness and strict lines of the villa stand out against the deep blue of the sea and the earthy colours of the surrounding nature – succulents, palms and prickly pear plants. To clad the outdoor and indoor areas of the residence, the Noord cement-effect porcelain stoneware collection was chosen in all its variants of shades, finishes and sizes.
The aesthetics of the industrial cement-effect porcelain stoneware mark the architectural identity of the villa. The light-coloured slabs of Noord White, Grey and Taupe cover the floors of the pool area, the solarium and the paths surrounding the villa. For the exteriors, the choice is on the thickness of 20 mm, with R10 coefficient. With great naturalness, the same shades graze the indoor floors of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Noord anthracite and grey cover the walls and shower stalls in the bathrooms, as well as the wall behind the kitchen fires. The formats 60x120, 60x60, 30x30 and 30x60 were used for this project.
