A villa surrounded by apple trees in Alto Adige. The project uses high-performing natural construction materials such as wood to achieve energy efficiency, sustainability and living comfort, earning it CasaClima A Nature certification.
In the choice of indoor and outdoor cladding, the preference was for Ceramiche Keope collections, which help create a relaxed, refined atmosphere. The Moov line was chosen
for the interior flooring, with a Grey finish in the 120x120 cm size, establishing continuity from the entrance all the way up to the first-floor living room, kitchen and bathroom, while the second-floor bathroom features the veining of the marble-effect surfaces in Calacatta Gold
from the Elements Lux collection.
The outdoor area is designed to be an extension of the living room space, with Moov porcelain slabs in the 60x60 cm size, 20 mm thick, also covering the area around the swimming pool.
